Palmetto Point

Palmetto Point consists of two smaller communities, North and South Palmetto Point which are located just across the Queens Highway from one another. North Palmetto Point is joined with Governor’s Harbour by The Banks Road, one of the premier locations on Eleuthera for quality beachfront homes and properties. Palmetto does not have the quantity of amenities that Governors Harbour does but it is close enough to enjoy them and far enough to escape them and real estate comes at a less hefty price.
